The winter is almost over and it’s the time to start thinking more serious about shaping our bodies for summer. Lots of you want to lose some weight and ‘Skinny Blog’ will give you some nice tips to lose weight and get skinny and sexy body as fast as possible. Now I’m gonna talk about Love handles, that is very problematic for lots of people, and how to get rid of it.

Love handles (or “obliques”) is the name of side areas of abs that does not look very nice and seems not easy to get rid of it at all. First, you need to lose certain weight in general to start burning fat in specific areas. Don’t forget that to stay fit, you need to work on your entire body. So before you start doing specific exercises to burn Love handles fat, I recommend you to start doing some cardio workout.

So, this ‘getting rid of love handles’ program has 3 parts:

- Cardio workout.

Specific Exercises for burning fat in your stomach area.

- Diet.

Follow this steps in order to see result very fast.

Cardio Workout – The best one is jogging. It does not matter if you go outside or do it on treadmill. The fastest way to burn fat using cardio workout is jogging. Try to jog 3 times a week for about 30 minutes.

Although it’s not easy for beginners to jog about 30 minutes. It’s okay if you can’t do it. Walking is also very good to start your cardio workout. Try to walk in park or in your neighborhood as long as you can and you will burn lots of calories. Jump rope is another alternative if jogging and walking is not for you.

Diet – You don’t have to do any specific diet for losing love handles. The only thing you want with workout, is to increase your metabolism. Try not to starve yourself and eat small meals every 4-5 hours. It will boost your metabolism and your body will burn more calories more quick.

Exercises – There are several exercises that will help you to burn fat in stomach area. You can chose 3 of them and do it couple of times a week. Don’t forget that exercising without rest will not give you a result faster so have a break. Here’s 3 very good exercises:

Twist Crunches – - Lay down and bend your legs. – Place your hands behind your head. – Twist gently and bring your right elbow your your left leg. – Do 3 sets (as many reps as you can, you can start with 20)

Dumbbell Side Bends – - Stand straight. – Hold dumbbell in your right hands and bend your waist to the right as far as you can. – Return to the start position.

Dumbbell or medicine ball twists – - Sit on the floor and bend your knees and lean back slightly. – Hold dumbbell or medicine ball with both hands. – Twist from side to side.
